Persons In Pain Interventional Pain Management specializes in low back pain, pain that is midline and/or radiates down into buttocks and or one or both legs.

We also treat hip pain, knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows. 

We provide treatment for migraine pain and other types of headaches. 

We also treat trigger point pain, which is a tight palpable band of

muscle that is tender to touch.

We see every new patient in clinic first to verify, validate, or
correct diagnosis to proceed to an injection if indicated. We use a
topical anesthetic and pain minimizing techniques to avoid the
need for additional sedation for procedures, therefore allowing the
patient to be able to drive after certain procedures.

We utilize fluoroscopy and/or ultrasound to ensure safe needle placement and
have 100% safety record with no bad outcomes.

Additionally, we take new Medicare/Medicaid patients.

Procedures Offered

• Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injections for chronic radicular pain

• Facet Injections for chronic axial pain

• Sacroiliac Joint Injections for SIJ pain

• Treatment of Trochanteric Bursitis

• Trigger Point Injections for myofascial pain

Requirements for most Epidural or Facet Injections:

• Trial of conservative medication management

• Trial of Physical Therapy

• Imaging-minimum of x-ray, MRI/CT preferred

Patients at any progression in their treatment are accepted.
